after the move is completed, the capacity will be back to 40-50 ppl I suppose

Server and Client have been changed

new rates are:

exp = 9000x
and
drops = 50%-60%

but he made one little mistake

server wasn't really offline
my router restarted and I was supposed to restart gameserver and connectserver
but I was sleeping
thats y server was "offline"
